pass and fail

whoops! I forgot to update my blog last Friday when I passed my workout.

This means I get to move on to week 2 because I passed the test!!

Today I did move on to week 2. As usual, things were going nice and dandy up untill the last set.. target:

9, 11, 8, 8, 11.

I got:

9, 11, 8, 8 and 4.

ouch.

I'll try the same workout again on Wednesday!
