Hi guys.
So, I didn't do the 100 pushups on Friday. I had a rough week, rough day. I was tired by the time I got home, had a couple of drinks and before you knew it there was no way I was going to be able to put in 100%.
I did a few pushups on Saturday just to 'maintain rhythm' but I didn't give it 100%.
Today I was back on the bandwagon and for the first time ever I did my pushups in the morning before work. I am stuck on the workout for week 2 day 2.
Here was the target:
10, 12, 9, 9 and 13.
90 second break between sets. I achieved:
10, 12, 9, 9 and 4.
I was a little disappointed with the results today. So I had for breakfast a big bowl of cottage cheese with yoghurt and cashew nuts (protein!). And then this morning at work I had a can of tuna (yuck!) but can you say protein? With a handful of cashews again.
Going to try and smash the protein this week and hopefully Wednesday I can really make some progress on my set.
