SUCCESS!

So, I missed my last x2 pushup routines. Friday and Monday. No real excuse, Friday I did not have the motivation and Monday I went out after work for some drinks with colleagues and there was no way I was going to do them by the time I got home.

I really should routinely do the workout in the morning!

Today I had a crack - week 2 day 1 - and I PASSED!!

Pretty happy about that! :)

I only just got there, but a result is a result. Gonna claim this one!!!

Now for some protein and off to work.
