I started 100 pushups today.
Well, I did a trial over the weekend. In my trial test I did 15.. Which means I am a 'level 3' starter.
I was scheduled to do the following workout:
Sets of 10, 12, 7, 7 and 9. 60 second rest between sets.
I managed:
10, 10, 7, 1, 0.
Hahaha.
Going to stick with it. Next day is Wednesday.
