So, I didn't workout on Friday. No excuses; though I could find one if I looked for it.
Today I started again. Week 2 day 1 looked pretty rough so instead I tried week 1 day 3 .. And I failed !
the workout set was:
8, 10, 7, 7 and 10
I only managed 7 on the final set. Bit disappointing but that's okay. I will try the same workout again on Wednesday and Friday and report back my results.
Really want to move on to week 2!
