Day 2

Well, I tried day 2. I say tried because I did not really complete it.

My goal:

10, 12, 8, 8, 12

I achieved:

10, 12 (so far so good), 5, 3, 0. Ouch!

Dunno if I'll get to 100 pushups in 6 weeks at this rate but I'll keep trying!

  1. Good work mate!! Just push through the rest of the week and then repeat week 1 if you get more failure.


    I did it myself on rank 2,

    Got:
    6, 6, 4, 4, 6.

    bit easier then yours though :)

    Also did Squats rank 3:

    13, 16, 9, 9, 15 (2 over max)

    Situps Rank 2:

    9, 9, 6, 6, 10 (2 over max)
