reset

I reset the game and started again on medium difficulty.

Hard level was too difficult so I reset.

Today I breezed through the targets:

6, 6, 4, 4 and 5. But I found it so easy that on the last set I pushed through and did 10.

I am sure finding it easy won't last long so I definitely enjoyed it while I could. :)

Had some beef jerky straight after for an immediate protein hit.

Day 2 on Wednesday. Wish me luck.

I tried to get Olx to try the workout as well but he was "too tired" .. 'not today mate. I'll give it a go tomorrow'
